ACCOUNT SUPPORT
If you are a teacher or campus administrator, your MyData Portal account is already active. The first time you sign in, you are required to accept a security statement to continue. Your account will remain active until you leave the district. Your username and password are the same as email, PowerSchool, etc.
All other users, including teachers requesting schoolwide access, must submit the special access request form (PDF) to OIR@dallasisd.org. Submission instructions are provided on the form.
Accounts for teachers, counselors, registrars and data controllers, and campus administrators are activated automatically based on users' official job description and school location.
All other users, including teachers requesting schoolwide access, must submit the special access request form (PDF) to OIR@dallasisd.org. Submission instructions are provided on the form.
To avoid delays in processing the request, be sure the correct person has authorized the account and that person's job title is included.
Your username and password on MyData Portal are the same used for email, PowerSchool, etc.
To reset your district password, visit the district password reset portal . You will be taken to the Technology Department's page for password resets, where you can reset the password that you use for most district systems, including email and PowerSchool.
If you are campus-based and do not have students of record, for example, if you are a special education teacher, or if you have a long-term, educational need to access data for all students at your campus, for example, if you are the mathematics coach, you can request a schoolwide account with the authorization of your principal.
You will use the special access request form (PDF) . To avoid delays in processing the request, be sure the correct person has authorized the account and that person's job title is included.
These accounts must have the authorization of your executive director or assistant superintendent . If your supervisor is not an executive director, then her authorization is not sufficient to obtain an account with this level of access.
This requirement keeps us in compliance with local policies as well as state and federal laws. Submit the special access request form (PDF) .
